No. We operate a strict no-ladder policy wherever possible. We use a reach & wash water-fed pole system that allows us to clean windows safely from the ground — up to 42 feet high — with no risk to your property or our staff.

The reach & wash system uses a telescopic water-fed pole with a brush head, fed by purified (deionised) water. The pure water attracts and dissolves dirt on contact, and because there are no minerals in the water, it dries streak-free without the need for squeegees or chemicals.

Most residential customers opt for a monthly or bi-monthly clean. Commercial properties often benefit from more frequent visits. We can set up a regular schedule to suit you.

Yes. The purified water we use dries completely clear, leaving no streaks or residue. If you're ever unhappy with the result, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to rectify it at no charge.

We use a specialist gutter vacuum system with a camera attachment. The flexible hose reaches up to 42 feet, allowing us to vacuum debris from gutters safely from the ground. We can show you before and after footage on request.

We recommend at least once a year — ideally in late autumn after the leaves have fallen. Properties near trees may benefit from twice-yearly cleaning.

If we notice any damage — such as a cracked joint, broken bracket or sagging section — we'll let you know and can advise on repair options.

Yes. We offer professional jet washing for patios, driveways, decking and other hard surfaces. We can remove moss, algae, dirt and staining to restore surfaces to a like-new condition.

Yes. We offer roof moss removal and biocide treatment. The treatment kills existing moss and prevents regrowth, protecting your roof and improving its appearance.

Yes. We clean shopfront signs, fascia boards and commercial signage using our reach & wash system — safely from the ground, with no disruption to your business.

Yes. We clean UPVC window frames, doors and exterior plastic surfaces, removing dirt, algae and discolouration to restore them to their original white finish.
